What is a Registered Line Technician?
A Registered Line Technician (RLT) is registered with the Louisiana Behavior Analyst Board and has passed a state background check. RLTs work under BCBAs (Board Certified Behavior Analysts) who use the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to create programs and interventions that benefit our clients. These may focus on communication, school readiness, potty training, and other essential skills and behaviors.
RLTs work Monday–Friday, 7:45 am–4:00 pm with a set daily schedule and a 30-minute lunch. They provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions, receiving supervision and feedback throughout the day. Supervisors are always available for support.
