An Office Manager at BTC oversees daily operations and keeps our team running smoothly. The Office Manager will play a key role in ensuring efficiency, supporting leadership, and maintaining a positive workplace culture. An office manager's support can directly affect how our providers and therapists can care for our clients.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Answer calls and take messages when needed.
- Schedule meetings
- Notify therapists, BCBAs and staff of any schedule changes or cancellations.
- Greet parents and clients
- Maintain the center so it is organized, sanitized, and clean
- Assist therapists if needed
- Maintain & record inventory and office supplies
- Enforce center rules and policies
- Self-manage and meet all requirements and deadlines
- Scan and file client and employee documents.
- Create and manage scheduling for the clinic via Microsoft Excel.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 years of experience in related fields
- Must be flexible and willing to learn
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- ABA Therapy Center experience preferred but not a requirement
- Passion for helping children and their families
- Great work ethic and time management skills
- Proactive and capable of accomplishing necessary tasks independently
- excellent time-management and ability to meet deadlines
- Exceptional phone etiquette
- Strong organizational skills
